It isn't like the public domain we know in the domains of IP laws what we're dealing with in our community is actually "Modification for non commercial releases".

Public Domain in our community simply means that a download can be used by other designers in our community.
It's really necessary that everyone knows how these things work.įirst of all, the public domain like we use in the ZT community isn't the same as what we know as the public domain in IP law. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to be hostile here, but really, these things are so important. This is completely wrong, and I can't stress that enough. Releasing something into the zt2 public domain does not equal that anyone can use the content as he/she pleases. Lol if they somehow do manage to make the kickstarter i wouldent be ssurprised if this max kid ended up taking all the money and running like the guy who made the stomping lands did, from what i have heard and seen he seems like a slippery fish to be sure. Now apparently mez isnt going to make the kick because they had some people fake back them or something so they went from 40,000 to 30,000 an they have like 10 days left they also said they were going to release a demo for the public last monday, oh surprise no demo to be had come monday morning and you guessed it due to glitches and bugs.

The fact that they split up with the ladder being like "well, screw u guys! I'm gonna make my own Jurassic Park ripoff game!" is a good sign that their success is not coming anytime soon.Lol the marketing manager is the guy who sabotaged JG, He left Pk and infiltrated JG as a marketing manager obviously jg accepted because they desperate need someone to manage the failings that were that game but they had released some decent looking demos and wer in full swing of making a decent comeback when this max guy took over the facebook page and turned it into his own advertising page first for jurassic world then for mesozioica, remember how JG attempted to rename their game and do something i personally thought was a wee bit ludicrous but at least it was something different lol they were gonna do the whole like avatar na'vi thing and have the park built on pandora or something it was a midfield of copyright issues to be sure but still I talked with pk way back in like january and they said they kicked max from the team when they learned he sabotaged jg, sure they were competitors but i dont really think they wished suck blackmail and backstabbing on a potentially decent game. Most of their content is concept arts and no gameplay. I honestly think both of these teams are full of poop. I think most of the problem with PK is that they have these high expectations but lack the team and capabilities of pulling it off. Wrote:They've already raised 20k and they still have 23 days left.
